As the robotics narrative heats up, we are exploring ways to reach new audiences and expand distribution of the $AUKI token. Today we’re thrilled to announce that Auki will be reallocating $250k of liquidity from Uniswap to PancakeSwap (still on Base).

This move aligns with our DEX-first approach of building organic demand and community over time.

Why we’re migrating liquidity to PancakeSwap

Like us, PancakeSwap is bullish on the Base ecosystem and we are in alignment with them on:

• Lowering trading costs: The new pool will be in the 0.25% fee tier, instead of the 1% on our Uniswap v3 pool.
  
• Leveraging incentives: PancakeSwap has committed a minimum of 30 CAKE per day to reward liquidity providers in the AUKI/WETH pool.
  
• Expanding distribution for top projects on Base: With their millions of users and social media followers who are predominantly in the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem, this move will bring more people onchain to Base.

How the 30 CAKE/Day Incentive Works

The CAKE incentive is designed to attract and reward liquidity providers. It’s not a fixed payout to Auki, but a collective reward for all LPs in the pool.

• PancakeSwap distributes at least 30 CAKE per day to liquidity providers in the AUKI/WETH pool.
  
• LPs who deposit liquidity and stake their LP tokens in the farm earn a pro-rata share of the CAKE rewards.
  
• The more liquidity you contribute relative to the total pool, the greater your share of the daily CAKE emissions.
  

This model is a proven DeFi mechanism to bootstrap and sustain liquidity for targeted trading pairs.

Benefits for LPs

Liquidity providers who migrate to PancakeSwap will be able to:

• Earn swap fees: Capture a share of the trading fees generated in the AUKI/WETH pool.
  
• Earn CAKE rewards: Earn extra yield through the incentive program.
