Major Retail Expansion, Mentra Glasses, and Decentralization Efforts

Major New Retail Implementation

We're entering final negotiations for a major new retail implementation across thousands of stores—over twice the size of our current largest deployment. Following a successful paid pilot, Nils is heading to Europe to continue the discussions. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements soon!

Upcoming Conferences and Speaking Engagements

Nils has been invited to speak at several major upcoming events:

• RAISE Conference in Paris (July 8-9)
• Fortune Magazine's Brainstorm AI Event in Singapore, sharing the stage with companies like OpenAI and Walmart
• World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai

These opportunities are fantastic for sharing our vision, meeting new partners, and further establishing Auki’s leadership in spatial AI.

Mentra Glasses and Retail Interest

Retailers are beginning to show serious interest in deploying Mentra glasses at scale. A recent example: a retailer requested 2,300 pairs of glasses for fewer than 300 stores—indicating approximately 10 pairs per store. This early demand suggests we could potentially see over one million glasses connected to the Auki Network within a few years.

The glasses, expected to launch in September, will enable practical, real-time spatial AI assistance for retail staff and beyond, greatly enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Implementation Updates: Navigation and AR Experiences

We’re starting exciting new implementations soon:

• A chain of approximately 50 stores will launch our first large-scale consumer-facing, app-free navigation experience.
• The world's largest beach club is preparing a unique "selfie treasure hunt" using our AR navigation technology.

Special Partnership for Blind Navigation

In collaboration with our partners at Zappar, we’re working with a leading European organization for blind individuals to push retail adoption of app-free navigation, specifically to help visually impaired shoppers navigate independently. This partnership serves as both a vital accessibility initiative and a strategic entry point for broader retail adoption.

Domain NFTs and Token Farming

We've soft-launched Domain NFTs, allowing community members to:

• Mint domains as NFTs and create AR experiences accessible via app-free McKenna
• Earn $AUKI tokens by having users engage with these domains
• Participate in weekly social media bounties by sharing their domains online

Community members like Lazzali are already creating impressive AR experiences and earning tokens, demonstrating early success for this exciting initiative.

Builder Summer Initiative

Our upcoming Builder Summer initiative encourages application development on the Auki network. Developers who burn tokens to build will receive more than 100% of the burned value back in tokens the following month, effectively paying developers to innovate on the Auki ecosystem.

Decentralization and Foundation Update

We’re making significant strides toward decentralization:

• Santeri is shifting focus from being the COO to leading efforts at the Auki Foundation, fostering ecosystem growth and further decentralization.
• Freddy will step into a more prominent operations role driving enterprise adoption and implementations.

This transition supports our long-term goal of making the Auki ecosystem truly community-owned and operated.
